The enrollment process at NorthSide Baptist Academy is as streamlined as possible. We have a three step program that begins with the submission of our online information sheet, followed by an interview with the parents and students, and then a completed application and enrollment fee.
Teacher to Student Ratio
NorthSide Baptist Academy strives to maintain a student to teacher ratio no greater than 15 to 1. Due to the varying needs of each grade we structure the ratio accordingly.
NorthSide Baptist Academy operates a lunch program that is fresh, nutritious, and minimal in cost. The lunch program is not subsidized, and therefore NSBA must share the expense with the student. Menus are sent home so that students may choose which meals to purchase. The menu along with payment are returned to NSBA. Due to operations, reimbursements are not provided for absences.
NorthSide Baptist Academy strives to make every accommodation necessary to provide an appropriate educational environment. However, at this time we are not able to accommodate every need for our members or the public due to budgetary constraints or limited qualified personnel.
NorthSide Baptist Academy operates on a modified year-round school calendar. The academic year is divided into 4 nine week quarters, that are separated by at least one full week between quarters. There is a two week break for Christmas & Spring Break and the summer has an 8-week break. Please see the SCHOOL CALENDAR.
NorthSide Baptist Academy operates on a daily schedule of 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:30 if purchasing breakfast.

NorthSide Baptist Academy strives to provide the best qualified teachers and personnel to provide for the Christian education of our children. Our teachers excel in personal character and morality as they are seeking to be like the Lord. All teachers are fully qualified to teach in the surrounding school systems.
Students completing NorthSide Baptist Academy will graduate having completed the Foundations High School Program along with Endorsements and Distinguished Level Requirements. This, along with appropriate SAT and ACT test scores, will allow our students the opportunity to be accepted to any college or university, including the United States Military Academy and Naval Academy. NorthSide Baptist Academy does not seek or desire accreditation from any accrediting source.
Students may have an opportunity to enroll in Early-College depending upon their current body of credits.
Currently NorthSide Baptist Academy does not offer any after school sports program. We do, however, currently have a PE Program designed to encourage students in bodily exercise.
Please see our Statement of Faith. Each family will be required to acknowledge our statement of faith and agree to not promote any ideal contrary to our statement of faith within NSBA. We wholeheartedly believe in individual soul-liberty (the right for each to choose their beliefs), but collectively as NorthSide Baptist Church we have joined together to promote and teach this Statement of Faith.
NorthSide Baptist Academy is committed to assisting the home with the education of their children. We desire to work with the home to establish an appropriate disciplinary procedure appropriate for each occasion. Our desire is for parents to take the appropriate corrective action outside the classroom, while our teachers work to correct within the classroom.
NorthSide Baptist Academy offers a 10% reduction on tuition and enrollment fees if paid in full before the beginning of the school year. Multi-child discounts are available.
Diploma or G.E.D.
NorthSide Baptist Academy provides a full academic diploma and transcripts necessary to apply to post-secondary institutions.
NorthSide Baptist Academy provides education from K-3 through 12th Grade. Students are accepted only after satisfactorily completing the interview process and upon acceptance by the Academy Administration.
NorthSide Baptist Academy is able to accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Electronic Fund Transfers through our emailed invoice system. We also accept cash and checks. Statements are sent out on the 1st of each month and payment is due no later than the 15th of the month.
